Auction Terms & Conditions This auction will be conducted as an online only auction and shall run through Monday, May 7th at 8:00pm. Please read the terms carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you and the Colorado Auctioneers Foundation. All disputes will be settled by arbitration in Denver County, Colorado. Sales tax is exempt on all coin and bullion sales. Sales tax will only be collected on items that are non-coin, bullion or currency items. The Colorado Auctioneers Foundation reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms, as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time. 1. All accounts must be settled for at the end of the auction. Payment must be made with Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover. Credit Card will be charged immediately following the auction. 2. By bidding you agree that items are sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 3. Credit card will be charged for purchase price, and buyer’s premium. 4. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all bids. 5. Shipping - Items that include shipping, will be shipped to the address given at registration. Your item will be shipped once payment has been received. Should the item you purchased not include shipping, you must pick your item(s) up in person, or you may elect to have them shipped to you. If you wish to have your items shipped to you, you will be responsible for arranging all transportation and will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your purchase. 6. Items will be shipped within 5 business days following the auction provided that payment has been successful. 7. ***FFL Required for firearm purchases or background check will be done at time of pickup*** Firearms cannot be picked up from individual owner. Firearms must be exchanged through a licensed Firearms Dealer. Buyer shall be responsible for cost of background check (usually $20.00 or less) and any transfer fees imposed by FFL Dealer (usually $20.00 or less). All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Colorado Auctioneers Foundation may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising or on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall the Colorado Auctioneers Foundation be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidding info- The Colorado Auctioneers Foundation has put forth every effort to make accurate description of the items. We try very hard to provide you with the most accurate information, however, we are not experts in all things and do not guarantee that all descriptions are accurate - We strongly recommend that you closely inspect all items before you bid. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However all items are sold 'AS IS WHERE IS'. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted. All sales are final, a bid is a legal binding contract between you and the Colorado Auctioneers Foundation. The Colorado Auctioneers Foundation reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. Your items will be shipped to you within 5 days of your payment being recieved. Each auction item states whether shipping is included in your bid price or not. If shipping is not included in your bid price, you will be required to provide shipping arrangements and payment for shipping prior to your items being released.
